Just announced, March 14, 2009 S&BJ Day we have placed this yeers' PDF entry flyer online. Registration will open up May 7 2009 after Spencer and Gabi's anniversary tournament. Players attending the anniversary event will have first dibs to enter the WVO.

Friday September  4th players check in 10:30 $50.00 per team BYOB

September  5th  &  6th 2009

This event will allow 144 players to compete on two of the most mentally and physically challenging courses, the Woodshed and Whippin' Post. Each course will hold 72 competitors playing in foursomes. Last yeers' 15th West Virginia Open had 7 Ladies, 14 Really Old Guys, 39 Old Guys and 62 Open players.

Format for this yeers' event

Same as every other Yeer'. Three Rounds of 18 holes plus finals for Top PRO players. Players check in closes Saturday September  5th  promptly at 8:30 am, players meeting 9:00 am. All players will have an half an hour of warm ups before tee off with official West Virginia shotgun start.

2007 Disc Golf Monthly

Two yeers' ago  our friends at Disc Golf Monthly (DGM) visited the hills of wild and wonderful West Virginia to capture the finals. DGM has produced an amazing, long awaited for DVD. 2007 West Virginia Open DVD features the top six Open Players who show their skills on camera and in front of the worlds laziest gallery.
